If V-Control Pro is setup properly in Pro Tools and everything is working except for the Keypad and markers, Pro Tools may not be enabled in the Accessibility section in the Privacy of the System Preferences. Follow the steps below to check:
-Launch the Finder window.
-Open the Applications folder.
-Navigate to the System Preferences and open.
-Opsn Security & Privacy.
-Click on the Privacy tab.
-Find the Accessibility section to see the list of applications.
-Click on the Lock icon to enable editing.
-Find the Pro Tools application in the list and click on the box to enable.
After enabling Pro Tools in the Accessibility section, Pro Tools should now receive commands from the keypad.
