Pro Tools 2021.10 uses a newer version of PACE that hangs / crashes Pro Tools when loading plug-ins based on PACE tools from a few years ago. V-Mon 3.1.0 is one of those plug-ins. Please update to V-Mon 3.1.2 HERE.
