For Windows users, please ensure you have the win10pcap utility installed before launching V-Control Pro. Some users on Windows 11 require npcap instead of win10pcap to use with V-Control Pro.
Also Windows requires a crossover ethernet cable to be connected if connecting directly from the control surface. An ethernet connection from the control surface to an ethernet hub or switch to the computer will also work.
