Subscription Policy Summary
Subscriptions are for a pre-paid 12-month term. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month term for another 12-month term. As the end of your subscription approaches, a renewal notice will be sent by e-mail. Your subscription starts when you complete your purchase to activate the subscription. You can sign in to your Neyrinck Store account to review all subscription information, update your payment information, or cancel a subscription.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are for a pre-paid 12-month subscription term. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another 12-month term. You agree that we may use your billing information to automatically renew your subscription upon completion of the current subscription term (the “Renewal Date”) unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date. You can update your billing information at the Neyrinck Store website so that the renewal will be processed without any interruptions.
Notice Of Automatic Renewal
You will receive an email notice approximately 7 days prior to the Renewal Date. The notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end and the Renewal Date upon which you will be charged for the next term. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record. You can update your email information by logging in to your account at the Neyrinck Store website. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so before the Renewal Date. You are responsible for timely canceling your subscription regardless of whether you receive any notice from us. You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your account at the Neyrinck Store website.
Payment And Price
The renewal payment is due on the Renewal Date and will automatically be charged to the same credit card that you used for the original subscription or the most recent renewal. Please notify Neyrinck Customer Service at support@neyrinck.com before the Renewal Date of any changes to your email, account or billing information. The renewal price will be the same price as for the prior 12-month subscription term unless Neyrinck gives you advance notice of a price change. You will also receive a notice if there are any changes to the subscription service terms.
How To Cancel Automatic Renewal
You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your account at the Neyrinck Store website, selecting the subscription, and clicking the Cancel Subscription button. If you cancel within 14 days after the initial subscription date or the Renewal Date, your cancellation will be effective immediately. Otherwise, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current 12-month subscription term for which you have already paid.
Refunds
For downloadable products and subscriptions the 14-day return period begins when the product is delivered electronically to your account and made available for download.
We will deduct a 10% fee from the refund. The subscription license will continue to be active and will expire one month after the purchase date. We will refund your initial subscription or renewal payment provided that you cancel your subscription during the 14 day period following the initial subscription date or the Renewal Date, as applicable. After the end of the applicable 14 day refund period, your 12-month subscription payment is non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this subscription policy. By placing an order for our product, you indicate that you have read this subscription policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this subscription policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this subscription policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
